Fly Farm Wagyu Stew Recipe
This classic stew recipe is a year-round favorite.
Ingredients
1- 1 1/2 pounds of fly farm wagyu cubed steak
2 cans of mushroom soup
2 cups of beef broth
5 tablespoons of fly farm beef stew seasoning
Small red potatoes
Sliced carrots
Fresh mushrooms
Method
Season the fly farm wagyu cube steak with salt and pepper
Mix 5 tablespoons of fly farm beef stew seasoning with 3/4 cup of water, and stir in the mushroom soup
First layer the bottom of the crock pot with the soup and seasoning mixture
Top with the vegetables
Next put wagyu beef on top
Continue these layers, and top off with the seasoning /soup mixture making sure the beef is covered with soup mixture
Pour in the 2 cups of beef broth slowly and allow to settle
Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours
