Fly Farm Wagyu Stew Recipe

This classic stew recipe is a year-round favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1- 1 1/2 pounds of fly farm wagyu cubed steak
  • 2 cans of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 5 tablespoons of fly farm beef stew seasoning
  • Small red potatoes
  • Sliced carrots
  • Fresh mushrooms

Method

  • Season the fly farm wagyu cube steak with salt and pepper
  • Mix 5 tablespoons of fly farm beef stew seasoning with 3/4 cup of water, and stir in the mushroom soup
  • First layer the bottom of the crock pot with the soup and seasoning mixture
  • Top with the vegetables
  • Next put wagyu beef on top
  • Continue these layers, and top off with the seasoning /soup mixture making sure the beef is covered with soup mixture
  • Pour in the 2 cups of beef broth slowly and allow to settle
  • Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours
